It all starts with an assessment. Each situation is unique- we will come and assess the site free of charge *within the greater Edmonton region. To provide you with an estimate including a timeline and an appropriate quote.

We come to you. The permits, the government inspectors, the paperwork, the before photos and after expectations. We can do it all. If we need inspectors for abatement, we ask them to inspect the property as well to let us know what level of risk the situation is to prevent any further damage.

With all of the information ahead of the conversation, we work with you to determine the best course of action. Considering the size of the property, the risk, the time, the disposal needs, the inspector involvement, third party groups and the situation that is unique we provide a straight forward estimate with time, cost and scope. We always inform you if we find anything out of scope ahead of the work. We do right by you for you!

We typically ask for half down to pay for supplies and travel for our staff. We purchase supplies such as one-time-use safety equipment. We prepare our equipment- certify our filters, and clean our equipment. We arrange for disposal bins if needed. We arrange travel and food for our crew(s).

We kindly ask that you have your tenants leave the space and prepare to not be in the space for at least 2 days on either side of the work to let the process occur and in the inspections complete.

Especially if there is a containment- we kindly ask you to refrain from coming to the site. We can set up viewing windows but due to government regulation, you may not be allowed in. We are fast and efficient. We can provide progress reporting.

We want to bring you back home as fast and as safe as possible.

Once the work is completed. Inspection by Inspectors may be required. After it is all clear for us - we remove containment remnants, debris and all of our equipment. We then leave the site ready for new construction to begin again. We offer insulation, drywalling and painting as well - through our partners as well.

Now we are all done and ready to leave the situation way better than we arrived- we meet up for owner inspection. And kindly ask for the remaining payment. Cash, cheque, e-transfer would be appreciated. Thank you again for your time and consideration of our team.
